Mr. Rogers has served as the CFO for the North Carolina District Council of the Assemblies of God since 1992. During this time he developed and manages the North Carolina District Church Loan Fund. He also serves as a loan, financial, and insurance consultant to other denominational and non-denominational churches outside the Assemblies of God. He is a member of the North Carolina District Executive Presbytery for the Assemblies of God and serves on the General Presbytery for the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Springfield, Mo. Prior to becoming CFO for the North Carolina District of the Assemblies of God, Randall served as lead pastor of Rowan Christian Assembly in Salisbury, NC. For 16 years. Randall also has served for 16 years on the Board and Finance Committee for Southeastern University and 23 years on the Board and Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Native America Bible College. In 2001, Randall and his wife extablished the Neighborhood Academy of Music in Clayton, NC, which serves the community as a music development center enrolling over 600 students annually.

Randall is a graduate of Southeastern University, Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Regent University, and Drew University. He holds a Masters of Arts in Management from Regent University School of Business and Doctor of Ministry from Drew University. He also has a certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. Other graduate studies include the University of North Carolina in Greensboro and Fayetteville State University.
